Dans la petite ville de Neustadt, il se passe parfois des choses étranges... Cela vient peut-être du fait que, parmi ses habitants, les sorcières Barbara et Bibi Blocksberg (mère et fille) ont l'habitude de provoquer des turbulences ! Le père de Bibi ne voit pas d'un très bon œil les incursions de sa fille dans le monde du surnaturel et encore moins son moyen de transport préféré : le balai. Mais, pour avoir accompli un acte héroïque du haut de ses 12 ans, Bibi va être récompensée et recevoir les trophée des sorcières ! Le grand jour arrive et s'annonce merveilleux, mais l'ennemie héréditaire de Barbara, la sorcière Rabia, folle de jalousie, est prête à tout pour saboter la cérémonie...

During building work in the city of Baden-Baden in 2015, an evil troll who was transformed into stone in the 15th century, is accidentally brought back to life. The Troll needs his blood to evoke a portal to a magical prison. All he needs now is a the great book of spells which he wants to find with the help of the ominous King of the Lake.
